Loved the workout? We'd love to have you join. After your workout, your Coach will explain to the group how membership works. If you like what you hear, we'll be welcoming you to the fam!

ACCOUNTABILITY

It's hard to stay focused and on track. No worries we help to keep your mind on the goals you've set and stay excited about them. Your program will include several accountability tools to keep you on pace each day and continuing to make progress toward your goals. You will also have access to booking a one-on-one audio or video call with your Coach as availability allows.

SUPPORT 

With a personal Coach there when you need them and our private member's Facebook group, you'll have all the support you need to be successful. Not to mention all of your SuperPHIT fam giving you props and encouragement during workouts

NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING

Want us to help with meal planning? You can also subscribe to our 28 day challenge app and add in your attributes. We will issue you a personal nutrition template to follow for optimum results. We will be able to see your food log and offer advice to help you make the best choices and stay on target to hit your goals.

LIFESTYLE TIPS AND HABITS

We will incorporate a specific set of lifestyle habits that will help you feel and perform at your best. These habits will benefit you for life.
